For most of us it is a natural need, and only few knows that in our rapidly changing world one should be more and more careful to meet with this requirement.
Recent past of the evolution of mankind brought about radical changes in almost all areas of life. The spreading and modes of mass production forced by the demographic boom, rapid improvement of people's mobility, the consequentially increased environmental burden and the strong changes in the weather caused by the above factors creates circumstances due to which we have to consider risks in food production and trading we did not know before, and we have to prevent newer source of hazards. Therefore food safety becomes increasingly important. This novel science requires multiple knowledge from the specialists such as food chemistry, biochemistry, molecular biology, microbiology, instrumental analysis, production technologies, biometry, and food law. Our mission is to support and assist food producers and distributors in this professional field to ensure that healthy and safe products will be provided for the consumers.
Our company was founded in November 2007 as a family owned private enterprise. We both obtained our certificate in the same professional field on the Department of Food Industry of the University of Horticulture in 1976, and since then we have gained decades of experience without intermission in the field of food production, product development, food trading and regulatory quality control. We successfully tried our capabilities in former state corporate enterprises, and later in Hungarian and foreign private enterprises and regulatory institutes. The experience and knowledge we gained during this period is the capital which is the greatest value of a consulting office, a reliable basis for us, and based on which we reasonably hope that our enterprise will be successful both for the satisfaction of our partners and for our own pleasure.
